Composting is the aerobic decomposition (with oxygen) of biodegradable organic matter for compost production.

Compost is the result that it’s obtained from this composting. The process is natural, because the compost is obtained without any additives.

Taking into account the different action alternatives for dealing with organic waste, composting is by far the most suitable in ecological, economical and technical terms.

Our legislation prohibits or severely limits the dumping of organic waste without any previous treatment due to the pollution, generated by methane which is 25 times more pollutant than CO2 and contributes to global warming.
